Dr. Tan Jit Seng has been involved in Eldercare services in the community since 2009. Trained as a family physician, he has worked in various nursing homes, long term home care services, disability clinics and family clinics. Dr Tan also help to start transitional care service in KTPH in 2012 and help initiated many community services present in the community currently.
Besides clinical work, Dr Tan serves as Chief Medical Officer of various Elder-tech companies, locally and worldwide. He is frequently invited to Eldercare conferences to give talks and is current Chair of Advisory Board of Eldex Asia.
Dr. Tan also volunteered in Gerontology Society as a Committee Member, Board Member of 2 charities, Caregiver Welfare Association and Caring Sg and is also an associate member of Singapore Geriatrics Medicine Society. He served as an Adviser to HoviCare since 2016.
